Why we started
Planning Umrah should not take two weekends,
ten phone calls, and confusing quotes.
Picture this. Your parents finally say they are ready for Umrah. You want to make it perfect for them: the right hotel, close to the Haram, good transport, no stress. So you start making calls.
Agent one quotes you Rs 320,000. Agent two says Rs 290,000, but the hotel is further. Agent three sounds convincing on the phone until you visit their office and realise there's no way to verify anything they're telling you. Every quote is different. Every agent adds something vague called "service charges." You spend two weekends on this. Your parents are still not booked.
Or you are the first-timer. You have never done this. You don't know if your passport needs six months validity or twelve. You don't know if your wife needs a mahram. You don't know what happens at the airport in Jeddah, what Ziyarat sites are included, or whether you need a meningitis vaccine. You don't know who to ask that won't try to sell you something while answering. And you don't want to make the wrong call for something this important.
Both of these people deserve better. We built Taqaddus for both of them.
This started from a very ordinary problem: someone in the family wanted to go for Umrah, and suddenly everyone was comparing agents, screenshots, hotel names, flight timings, and half-clear answers. We wanted to make that first step easier.

Taqaddus (ุชูุฏุณ) means holiness, sanctity, sacredness. We chose this name deliberately. The journey to Makkah and Madinah is not a holiday. It is one of the most significant moments of a Muslim's life. The process of booking it should reflect that. No chaos, no deception, no wasted weekends. For us, care means showing what is included, explaining the next step, and staying available when one detail changes.
